The manufacturing process of SF double-layer oil tanks is a complex and delicate process, which includes the production, assembly and testing of inner and outer tanks. First, the raw materials need to be strictly inspected and accepted for quality, and then the inner tank is manufactured through the steps of head processing, tank body production, tank body assembly, and parts assembly. Next, the inner tank is subjected to non-destructive testing and water pressure testing to ensure its sealing performance and pressure resistance. Subsequently, the inner tank is sandblasted to remove rust, and the glass fiber reinforced plastic outer tank is made by injection molding. Finally, a series of tests such as grinding, air pressure testing, and vacuum pressure maintenance are carried out to ensure that the quality of the SF double-layer oil tank meets the standard requirements.
