Natural gas liquefaction is to put pre-treated natural gas into a heat exchanger for low-temperature refrigeration cycle, and it will liquefy after the natural gas temperature drops to -162℃.
The fibers of LNG elastic felt are tightly combined and have low thermal conductivity, which can effectively block the penetration and loss of heat, maintain a low-temperature environment, and meet the requirements of low-temperature storage and transportation environment of about -160℃.
In addition, the tight combination of fibers between LNG elastic felts leads to the material having high tensile strength and high resilience. This performance can effectively solve the dual pressure of internal and external pressure on LNG storage tanks to ensure safe storage and transportation. (The internal pressure is mainly due to the pressure generated by LNG evaporation, while the external pressure is environmental pressure.)
