When the cryopump is cooling, first open the valve on the pipeline to lower the temperature of the cryopump to the operating temperature. Before starting, check the pulley to see if there is any jamming. Due to the particularity of the cryopump, the medium inlet pump must have a subcooling degree of about 5°C, and the subcooling degree can be adjusted by increasing the inlet pressure of the medium, and the pressure must not exceed 0.6MPa (gauge pressure).
