Operation before opening the bleed valve when loading and unloading liquids on LPG skids
Unloading operation
1、After the tanker enters the prescribed position for alignment, turn off the engine, tighten the manual brake and stop the tanker from sliding with a triangular log.
2、Check whether the tanker’s tank, valves, liquid level meter, pressure gauge and thermometer are normal and whether the fire-fighting equipment is intact and ready for use.
3、The electrostatic earth wire between the tanker and the unloading platform is firmly connected, and the tanker level is calibrated and recorded together with the tanker escort.
Unloading operation

4、The gas and liquid phase hoses of the unloading platform are firmly connected to the quick coupling of the tanker, and the sealing rubber ring should be checked to ensure that it is in good condition before connection.
5、Press the handle of the tanker oil pump to make the oil pressure rise to 0.3~0.4MPa to open the tanker gas and liquid phase emergency shut-off valve.
