Oxygen welding is a common method of joining and cutting metals that requires specific equipment and tools to perform. The following are the main equipment you may need when performing oxygen welding:

Oxygen cylinder: A high-pressure gas cylinder that provides oxygen supply. Oxygen is the oxidant in the welding process and mixes with fuel to create a high-temperature flame.

Acetylene bottle (or other fuel bottle): Used as a fuel source for oxygen welding. One of the commonly used fuels is acetylene, but other gases such as propane or methane can also be used.

Gas pressure regulator: Used to regulate the pressure of the gas in the oxygen and fuel bottles to ensure that it flows out at the appropriate pressure in the welding gun.

Welding gun or blowpipe: Used to mix oxygen and fuel and ignite the resulting flame to weld or cut. A welding gun usually includes a nozzle, trigger and regulating valve.

Welding nozzle: Installed on the welding gun and used to produce a specific shape and size of flame to adapt to different welding tasks.

Ignition equipment: used to ignite the gas mixture in the welding gun and start the welding process.

Protective equipment: including welding masks, welding gloves, protective clothing, earplugs, etc. to ensure the safety of welders during work.

Workbench and fixtures: Provide a stable working platform to ensure that the workpiece remains fixed during the welding process.

Welding materials: Including welding wire, flux, flow agent, etc., used to connect and fill metal parts during the welding process.

Welding inspection and measurement tools: Tools used to check weld quality and measure welding parameters, such as weld gauges and welding measuring instruments.

Before performing oxygen welding, be sure to familiarize yourself with and follow the relevant safety standards and operating procedures. Welding operations should be performed in a well-ventilated area and welders must wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
