Plasma cutting is a process that uses a high-velocity jet of ionized gas (plasma) to cut through electrically conductive materials like steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper.
The process works by: Passing gas (e.g., compressed air, nitrogen, or oxygen) through a nozzle. Creating an electric arc to ionize the gas, turning it into plasma. The plasma melts the metal, and the high-speed gas blows away the molten material, leaving a clean cut.
