Precautions for cryogenic liquid nitrogen storage tanks
Severe weather such as typhoons can cause damage to tank farm equipment and facilities and cause secondary accidents. If the fire passages in the tank area are damaged or blocked, resulting in unsmooth passages, it will affect the passage of fire trucks in the event of an accident and easily expand the accident. If tank maintenance and tank entry operations are not fully replaced, personal injury may occur. In the unloading and loading areas, tank trucks do not have marked parking spaces and are parked indiscriminately. The distance between the front and rear of the tank trucks is insufficient and the parking is not orderly. If the tank trucks collide, fires and explosions are very likely to occur. If the parking distance of the tanker does not meet the requirements, the pipe will be pulled off or thrown out, and the material will be sprayed out, which may cause overpressure explosion, suffocation accidents.
