After the LNG tank and the associated pipeline are installed in place and accepted, the preparations before use are carried out. The tank must be purged with dry nitrogen and pre-cooled with liquid nitrogen before the first use. The purge pressure should not be less than 0.2MPa. Before purging, the joints at both ends of the differential pressure (liquid level) gauge should be loosened, and the differential pressure (liquid level) gauge combination valve should be completely opened.
