When filling LNG for the first time, the liquefied natural gas storage tank must be precooled or the precooling of the storage tank must be checked. The liquid inlet speed should be strictly controlled and the operation should be slow. First, slowly open the upper inlet valve and introduce the LNG in the tank truck into the storage tank through the unloading platform. Since there is a gasification lag process when LNG is introduced into the storage tank, the speed of the pressure increase in the tank must be carefully observed. The liquid inlet volume must be small. When the pressure rises to 0.3 MPa, open the gas exhaust valve to reduce the pressure, and close the upper inlet valve if necessary.
