Pressure test of vaporizer
Pressure test of vaporizer is a key step to ensure its safe operation and stable performance. First, a purge test is performed to remove foreign matter in the pipeline, and a water pressure test is performed using chlorine-free pure water as the medium, with the test pressure being 1.25 times the maximum working pressure. Then, a cryogenic liquid pump is used to connect the standardized liquid hydrogen vaporizer system, and liquid nitrogen is used as the pressure test medium. The pressure is slowly increased to the test pressure, and a multi-stage pressure stabilization check is performed. Finally, an air tightness test and leakage detection are performed to ensure that the equipment has no leakage, no visual deformation, and the average hourly leakage rate is less than the specified value. The entire test process must strictly comply with relevant standards and specifications, and pay attention to the operating status of the equipment and changes in test data.
