WORKING PRINCIPLE OF LPG SKID-MOUNTED UNIT
1. The LPG skid must have a safe and reliable circuit system. Electronic filling scales, pumps and compressors need to be explosion-proof design, because these devices are driven by electricity, the circuit design is easy to operate, and the motor must be anti-static , because the concentration of liquefied gas is too high and it is easy to explode when it encounters sparks.
2. The volume of the LPG skid-mounted station is generally not large. The LPG skid-mounted has a complete gas phase, liquid phase and return system. The liquefied gas in the tank car is poured into the storage tank under the pressure of the compressor.
3. It is also necessary to install emergency cut-off concentration alarms and valves. In the event of an emergency and leakage, the operator can respond quickly and take targeted measures to avoid property damage and casualties caused by the explosion.
