Purge the inner container with oil-free dry (dew point ≤-40°C) nitrogen. During the purging, the gas is filled into the tank through the gas phase pipeline, and the filling is stopped after the tank pressure reaches 0.2MPa. Then open the liquid phase valves (including the liquid phase valve of the level gauge) one by one or all to purge the pipeline.
