Liquid nitrogen is vaporized by the vaporizer on the station and then charged into the tank from the gas phase pipeline of the tank. When the tank pressure reaches 0.2MPa, the filling is stopped. Then, the liquid phase valves (including the liquid phase valve of the level gauge) are opened one by one or all to purge the pipeline.
