4.4 For welds that do not require internal quality inspection, the person in charge of quality inspection shall conduct all appearance inspections according to regulations, and fill in the inspection records.

4.5 When the inspection finds that the weld defect exceeds the design documents and specifications, it must be repaired, and the inspection should be carried out according to the original regulations after the weld is repaired.
