According to the national standard GB50160 “Code for Fire Protection Design of Petrochemical Enterprises” and the petrochemical standard SH3136 “Code for Safety Design of Liquefied Hydrocarbon Spherical Storage Tanks”, emergency shut-off valves should be installed at the liquid phase inlet and outlet of spherical storage tanks. According to Sinopec’s “Liquefied Hydrocarbon Liquefied Gas Storage Tank Emergency Shut-Off Valve Design Regulations”, the emergency shut-off valve is specially designed to be installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of liquefied hydrocarbon liquefied gas storage tanks. And the on-off valve that tightly cuts off and isolates flammable and toxic materials.
