Before the daily inspection of the LPG storage tank, the residual liquid in the storage tank should be completely emptied, and the air cannot be directly replaced. Specifically, follow the steps below:

  1. First unload the residual liquid in the storage tank to other containers. When there is no residual liquid in the tank and only the gas phase is left, you can use a compressor to pump air to reduce the pressure in the tank to below 0.05mpa.
  2. Connect the sewage pipe and the water pipe in the storage tank, and slowly fill with water. Remember that the pressure will increase as the water is injected, make sure that the pressure does not exceed the working pressure of the tank.

3 Use the compressor to pump air until the pressure of the storage tank is about 0.05mpa. Always pay attention to stop water injection when the liquid level is close to the gas phase port.
