I. It is strictly forbidden to use over pressure and over liquid level; the liquid storage volume of the storage tank should be strictly controlled within 85%, and the liquid level gauge should have obvious limit marks.
II. Carry out annual inspection of storage tanks in strict accordance with regulations, and unqualified storage tanks cannot be put into use;
III. Various safety accessories of the storage tank should be regularly calibrated according to regulations to ensure normal operation; IV. The normally open and normally closed valves connected to the storage tank should be clearly marked;
V. Regularly check the pressure, temperature, liquid level of the storage tank every day, and deal with and report any abnormality in time;
VI. When the temperature in summer is above 35°C and the pressure in the storage tank is above 10 kg/cm2, spray cooling must be turned on. In winter, when the temperature is below 5°C, the sewage and drainage of the storage tank should be inspected and treated every day to prevent freezing.
