When using cryogenic tanks for storage and transportation of liquefied gases, the following procedure should be followd to start the cryogenic tank:

First, open the manual control valve to deliver the liquefied gas into the tank; second, turn the pump on and start pumping out the gas so that it is in the liquid state; finally, if it is necessary to increase the capacity or make adjustments, the internal pressure can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the liquid input to the return.When it is necessary to stop the use of cryogenic tanks, should be operated in accordance with the following procedures: firstly, turn off the pump to stop the pumping of gas; secondly, close the valve to stop the delivery of liquid; finally, close the tank’s pressure relief device to relieve the internal pressure, and then close the cryogenic tanks and carry out maintenance after the liquid is completely emptied.
