Steam boiler blowdown is divided into continuous blowdown and periodic blowdown. Continuous blowdown of steam boiler: used to discharge part of the salt dissolved in the boiler water to maintain a certain salt content and alkalinity of the boiler water to prevent excessive concentration from affecting the quality of steam. This blowdown is continuously discharged from the evaporation surface where the salt concentration of the boiler water is the highest.
