Structure of the vane pump

The pump type is positive displacement vane pump, work by the vane centrifugal sliding, the flow rate and the shaft speed related, the stator inner surface using the domestic original compound curve made, the stator and rotor, baffle, vane composition of ten sealing cavity, because the stator surface is compound curve, when the rotor rotation, the inlet cavity volume gradually increased, and the formation of negative pressure to produce suction, so that the oil will be sucked.

When the rotor rotates at a certain angle, the volume cross-section gradually decreases, so that the oil can be hydraulically extracted, and an oil block separates the oil-absorbing cavity from the oil-pressing cavity. The vane relies on the centrifugal force and the structure of the two stator plates so that it fits closely to the inner surface of the stator and enables the pump to work normally in the rated condition.
