Technical features of LPG skid-mounted equipment

The LPG skid-mounted equipment adopts modular design, with beautiful appearance and compact structure, which can effectively reduce costs, save space and facilitate installation. Its main components include liquefied petroleum gas storage tanks, metal bases, pipelines, valve groups, hydrocarbon pumps, filling platforms and filling equipment. The hydrocarbon pump is the core of the entire equipment, responsible for transporting liquefied gas during loading and unloading, backfilling and filling between the storage tank and the tank truck. The valve group ensures the safety during unloading, filling and residual liquid recovery, and the startup and closing of the entire system. Filling equipment such as electronic filling scales and filling guns are the main tools in the filling process. The filling platform must be treated with anti-spark and anti-static treatment on the surface, and is composed of brick concrete, which is used as a platform for filling cylinders. These technical features make the LPG skid-mounted equipment easier to operate, while also improving its safety and reliability.
