The carbon dioxide liquid pump is the main equipment used in the carbon dioxide filling system. The purpose of its work is to compress the liquid carbon dioxide from the storage tank and fill it into the carbon dioxide cylinder for the user. It is characterised by stable performance, easy operation, convenient maintenance, short start-up time, independent removal of the pump head, minimal running noise and a flow-through design that allows the pump to be started again without unloading the pressure. The carbon dioxide pump can only be used for the transfer process of carbon dioxide media as some of the materials used in the cold end are not suitable for flammable and explosive media such as oxygen media and deep cold media working conditions. The sealing tape on the inlet and outlet of the cold end of the pump head and the return air interface can only be removed before installation to prevent the erosion of parts in the pump cavity by oil or dust.
