The core working principle of the CO2 cryogenic pump is based on the phase change process, that is, by changing the temperature and pressure conditions, the CO2 is converted between liquid and gas. Under low temperature conditions, the CO2 is cooled below its boiling point and converted into a liquid state, which is convenient for storage and transportation. When it is needed, the liquid CO2 is quickly vaporized and converted into a gaseous state by reducing pressure or increasing temperature, and then supplied to users.
