The inner tank of the LNG storage tank

The inner tank of the LNG storage tank is equipped with dual sets of pressure monitoring and alarm interlocking systems. When the LNG storage tank pressure in the inner tank is higher than the set value, a high pressure alarm is activated, the interlocking system is activated, and the LNG storage tank pressurization system is cut off. An active valve on the pipeline stops pressurization. When the pressure in the inner tank of the LNG storage tank is lower than the set value, a low pressure alarm is activated and the backflow regulating valve at the outlet of the BOG compressor is opened to ensure that the inner tank pressure of the LNG storage tank does not cause negative pressure. When the low pressure is reached, the interlock system is started, the automatic valve on the LNG storage tank pressurization system pipeline is opened, and the vaporization part of the LNG storage tank pressurizes the inner tank.
