The cryogenic storage tank is mainly used to store liquid oxygen, nitrogen, and argon. Its working principle is that the liquid gas is cooled at low temperature and compressed into a liquid state and then stored in the inner tank. The storage tank maintains the low temperature of the liquid gas through an efficient insulation layer to prevent vaporization. Different gases have different storage temperatures: liquid oxygen is stored at about -183°, liquid nitrogen is -196°, and liquid argon is -186°. When used, the liquefied gas is converted into gaseous state by heating or pressurizing and then transported to the client.
