Expanded perlite is selected as the cold insulation material for the inner and outer walls of the liquid nitrogen storage tank, and expanded perlite is used for the outer wall insulation. After cooling the liquid nitrogen storage tank with low-temperature liquid, the shrinkage of the inner tank will cause insufficient expansion perlite to be filled on the upper end and edge of the outer wall of the liquid nitrogen storage tank, and the low-temperature liquid nitrogen storage tank cannot be refilled with expanded pearls after quenching rock. In order to avoid the entry of saturated steam, a layer of ductile heat-insulating glass fiber felt is added to the surface of the inner tank of the liquid nitrogen storage tank, which can prevent the secondary filling of the ceramic material of the liquid nitrogen storage tank.
