The production process of carbon dioxide storage tanks involves not only precise material selection and structural design, but also multiple insulation and safety measures to ensure the safety and stability of the tanks when storing and transporting liquid carbon dioxide.

Carbon dioxide storage tanks are filled with hot pearl sand in the interlayer of the inner and outer containers, and then evacuated to achieve the best insulation effect. This method effectively prevents the influence of the external ambient temperature on the liquid carbon dioxide in the tank.
According to the effective volume of the tank, the vacuum standard is different. For example, for a tank less than or equal to 10m³, the vacuum degree is ≤2Pa; for a tank greater than 10m³ and less than or equal to 50m³, the vacuum degree is ≤3Pa; and so on, to ensure the insulation effect
