When there is only a small amount of leakage in the tank, the transporter should immediately close the valves of each pipeline of the tank and stop the operation of other surrounding devices. Quickly evacuate the personnel in the leakage contaminated area to the upwind area (because the liquefied gas stored is easy to float into the air) and isolate it safely. Cut off all fire sources and prevent the spread of the leakage source as much as possible while ensuring safety.
