Use of Dewar bottle
1. Before using the Dewar flask, a comprehensive inspection should be carried out to ensure that it is intact, leak-free and contaminated.
2. The Dewar flask should use a bottle stopper of the corresponding specifications to ensure good sealing performance. During use, it should be avoided from being exposed to strong light or high temperature for a long time to prevent the bottle stopper from loosening or bursting.
3. When using a certain reagent, the corresponding Dewar flask should be selected for storage. Different types of reagents should be stored separately to avoid confusion.
4. The used Dewar flask should be returned to its original position. If there is still residual reagent in the Dewar flask, it should be cleaned and distilled before being properly stored or used later. During the cleaning process, corrosive solutions such as strong acids and strong alkalis should be avoided.
