What is the basic working principle of a CO2 cryogenic pump?

A CO2 cryogenic pump mainly transports cryogenic liquid CO2 from a low-pressure area to a high-pressure area through mechanical means, such as centrifugal force or plunger movement. Inside the pump, the impeller rotates at high speed, causing the liquid to flow under the action of centrifugal force, and further increases the pressure energy through the expansion chamber, ultimately outputting high-pressure liquid. This type of pump usually uses special materials and structural designs to prevent CO2 from gasifying or freezing during the pumping process.
