The working principle of the gasification furnace is to pyrolyze and gasify solid or liquid fuel under high temperature and oxygen-deficient conditions to generate synthesis gas. This reaction usually occurs inside the furnace by heating the fuel to high temperatures (usually between 800°C and 1500°C) and causing it to undergo a pyrolysis reaction in the absence of sufficient oxygen to produce synthesis gas.
